K40 - K50 Tungsten Carbide Bar 330 mm with 3800 MPa Bending Strength, Extrusion forming
Description:
Carbide, also knows as cemented carbide or tungsten carbide, which is composed of a metal matrix composite used in the mechanical production where carbide particles act as the aggregate and a metallic binder (usually cobalt) serves as the matrix.
The process of combining the carbide particles with the binder is referred to as sintering or Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). Our carbide rods are sintered by vacuum HIP furnace so that we can guarantee products are with uniform microstructure and high transverse rupture strength.
We produce carbide rods with ultra fine grain structures and with features such as excellent hardness, transverse rupture strength, durability.
Production process: dosing, wet-milling, pressing, sintering, quality test, finished product, packaging.
